Does anyone know what this movie is called?

Hey, we used to watch those kinds of movies when I was a kid at elementary school. There were also some about Handel and other composers. They all had different kids helping out the music composers, like they had a gypsy boy and then a girl ballerina. I think it's called Beethoven's Attic. Not too sure though, it was a very long time ago...
