Will this gaming computer build work?

I would reccomend a different motherboard GIGABYTE GA-MA78G-DS3HP.. some people are having trouble with the phenom II not posting in bios. And i had a 3870 in my last build and i hated it. just to let you know a 4850 is alot better not to much more.
