What are some fun and spooky tricks to play on my 13 year old friends???!!!?

I'm having a sleep over on halloween and I really want to have some fun games that will wow my friends. Any ideas? Also... If you have some funny but gory or spooky pranks we could play on each other I would really appreciate it!!!!!! thanks!1
