I need help... College issue MtF?

ok, I have two prospective colleges, one in a rather good city for lgbt and the other in a city that'll probably lynch me for being trans. Both of the colleges are really good for my area of study. I plan to transition in college. Idk which to go to... the one in the city ill prolly be lynched in is a lil bit better than the other one, but idk... any thoughts? Im not asking yall to decide for me, i just want advice.
