Harment in the place where you live.?

If you have been there for years and the rent has not went up he might want to fix it and charge more for the place i don't see this being the case i just thing some one is messing with you a kid took the bike and they where playing with your head i like to do this at times to people it is fun but just let things go and it should fix it self just stay to your self
