I am being charged with Mischief sec 430 (1) (a) Ontario?

If this is your first offence go to court & ask for duty counsel.as U cannot afford an attorney. Legal aid is no longer covering anyone who is not being threatened jail. That I know I live not to far from U. If U are convicted U will have a criminal record. As far as what U will receive as punishment fine & probation as long as U dont have any priors.
