Is Obama deliberately destroying America's relation with Britain?

He certainly doesn't seem to have a lot of warmth towards Britain. I'm British & am somewhat aware of his antics. Politically he is certainly creating a rift between the two countries, but I'm sure the next American President will attempt to re-affirm this "special relationship" we share. I like Americans generally & have respect for your Armed Forces having served along side them in Afghanistan. I'm good friends with an American family who often sent me care packages in Afghan... My opinion will remain unchanged regardless of Mr Obamas dealings.
