My friend got engaged and I'm am jealous?

One of my friends became engaged to her longtime boyfriend and I don't know why but for some reason I instantly became jealous and sadden by it. Don't get me wrong, I'm happy for her but at the same time I want to cry. She says after college they'll get married. It's not only her but I also feel jealous and sad around couples also.
