Where is there teen clubs? and should i let my daughter attend one?

so my daughter just turned 17 today (8/25). she wants me to let her go to this latino club in oakland on san leandro st (Fandango latino). iv heard a lot about it. that they have found dead bodies behind the club and fights and stuff, but i want to give my daughter some independence and let her go and see what its like, and this also lets me see if she's ready to get the trust and independence she wants. know of any OTHER under 18 clubs around oakland that would be a little better than the fandango??
