Will the U.S. lose it's Super Power status to nations that are less multicultural?

Russia, China, and India are developing at high rates these days. They are all striving in terms of education, technology, and militarly. These nations also lack the multiculturalism America has. They like things one way to reduce tension and allow room for advancement. Will these brilliant nations overtake us? How long will our super power status remain?
