Need comfortable wakeboard handle?

I've tried two cheap handles - one with a hard, smooth grip and the other with a rubber ameoba style grip. They both give me blisters after just a couple rides. Would a softer handle make a difference? Should I look for one with thicker EVA foam or maybe a padded suede grip? Can you recommend any models? I'd like to keep the price below $80 for the handle alone.
